Patrick is a global brand recognized by the most exclusive brands & celebrities in the world; however, business innovation has been stagnant, leaving PMc vulnerable to competitors.
We will innovate on the corporate & creative side, paving the roadmap for PMc as a brand to drive the culture of future generation.
We will each commit 20hrs/week (40hrs total). At the conclusion of each month we will deliver agreed upon initiatives and re-engage Patrick McMullan Company.
For this proposal, we will outline month 1 initiatives & deliverables.
We will deliver a full report covering each department’s role - what is working and what can be improved. From here, we will begin to develop a plan of action to streamline and optimize performance of each department and and the company overall based on specific, measurable goals.

At the re-engagement period of each month, we will have a written document (included in re-engagement contract) with expectations & deliverables for that month.

Colton was the 5th employee at TINT, a SF based social media marketing software company, which he grew to 45+ people and a successful exit in 2018. Clients include Estee Lauder, Microsoft, iHeartMedia, Viacom, La Fashion Week, NHL & more.
Zac Waldman is a lifelong entrepreneur and nightlife personality. Past Nightlife columnist for Paper Magazine and Fashion week photographer for NYLON as well as freelance for Grandlife, Soho House, Google, Adidas etc. Creator, Photographer and Host of two multi year weekly parties (Zig Zag @ The Standard, Duh @ Up & Down). 2 time Paper Nightlife Award Nominee for photography.
