SCOPE

GCI Health has engaged Duke Media to create short form content for a patient in Minneapolis, MN.

GCI Health would like to document one patient’s experience for short form content distribution: web & social. The production will be one full day at the beginning of September (date/time tbd). Production will need to include, but not limited to: patient interviews, b-roll, location scouting, set design.

Duke Media will provide production crew & all necessary gear to fulfill raw footage requirements. Bharath Mohan & Colton Soref will be main staff on-site & POC for Duke Media.

GCI would like two quotes from Duke Media.

Duke Media will film & produce one full day of production at the beginning of September (time/date tbd) and deliver the following:

Option One:

• Full production crew & gear in MN

• Dropbox links with RAW files will be provided within 3 days of wrap, or on the next Monday (depending on day of production)

• Consultation call with Post Production team to put together Run of Show (ROS) for what is needed.

Option Two:

• Full production crew & gear in MN

• Consultation call with GCI Health to put together Run of Show (ROS) for what is needed.

• All Post Production & delivery of finalized assets:

  • 1 long form video (approx. 2-4 min run time)

  • 2-4 short form social edits (format and social channel tbd). Length approx. 20sec run time.

Inspiration for GCI Health is taken from the above Pfizer clip.

We will draw inspiration for filming the above Pfizer clip; including set-design, camera angles, lighting, b-roll, etc. While we will change many things based on location, personality, etc., we will draw the inspiration for the style of deliverable from this.
